Website redesign for an award winning UK skin clinic.

This month, I’m so excited to share my latest website design for Sunday Skin UK - and honestly, it might be my favourite project to date.
I first connected with Mia, the founder of Sunday Skin, around five years ago. We were both on a similar journey of self-improvement and growth, and I’ve followed and supported what she’s been building ever since. So when we reconnected late last year, it felt incredibly full circle to finally work together.
Sunday Skin offers truly transformative treatments, specialising in advanced solutions for scars and stretch marks. At its core, the brand is built on a simple but powerful mission: helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. Based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, the clinic attracts clients from across the UK, and even internationally. Mia is also the founder of Sunday Skin Training Academy, where she shares her expertise with students looking to master advanced skin repair techniques. Her level of knowledge and experience is rare, especially in the UK, and it was essential that the website reflected that.
Mia’s vision was clear: she wanted a website that felt aligned with her brand while also being informative, elevated, and easy to navigate. As a business rooted in education, both through the clinic and the academy, the site needed to communicate her tone of voice while showcasing her credibility as an award-winning practitioner.
We began the design process with Pinterest inspiration and Mia’s existing colour palette: deep reds paired with creamy beiges and soft blacks, creating a look that feels both luxurious and grounded. With a strong bank of professional imagery, including client transformations and a previous photoshoot, we were able to bring the visual identity to life seamlessly across the site.
The copy strikes a balance between storytelling and clarity. Mia provided detailed treatment information and insight into her approach, while I refined key headers and phrases to elevate the overall feel of the brand. For example, shifting from “Before & After” to “Real Results” - a subtle change that feels more premium and aligned with the transformation her clients experience.
As advanced skin treatments are a considered investment, building trust with prospective clients is key. Incorporating client reviews was essential, not just to showcase results, but to highlight the experience of working with Mia. The most difficult part of this for me was picking which of Mia's reviews to include without turning the website into a mini Trustpilot! This was especially true when reading through the academy reviews, I was blown away by the detail students went into in their reviews - a true testament to Mia's skill, knowledge and passion.
Mia already had a booking system that worked perfectly for her business, so rather than replacing it, the focus was on integrating it smoothly into the website. This ensured clients could follow their familiar booking journey without disruption, while still benefiting from an improved overall experience.
The final result is a website that not only reflects the quality and authority of the Sunday Skin brand, but also supports its continued growth - helping to attract, inform, and convert both clients and students.
