working together : overview.
Please familarise yourself with the below overview of how we will work together to bring your business to life online. A comprehensive terms and conditions document will be sent to you for approval after our initial discovery call.
Quotation
Within three days of our initial contact, and your decision to proceed, you’ll receive a quotation providing you with a full outline of your project, the details of what's included, an estimated completion date and total cost. Work begins once you have approved this in writing, and once I have received your initial payment.
Payment Structure
A payment of 50% of the quote is required before any work begins.The remaining 50% is due within seven days of the completion date, unless otherwise stated. No final handover or file sharing will take place until the second payment has been received. Additional or ad-hoc services are billed at £25 per hour. Late payments may delay final delivery.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your:

These costs are paid directly by you to your chosen providers.
Content & Licensing
All text, images, and assets must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed.
You must hold the correct licences for any materials provided.
Timelines & Revisions
Project timelines rely on timely feedback and content delivery.
Each tier includes a set number of revisions, with additional refinements quoted if required.
Platform Limitations
I cannot be held responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or limitations. Websites are designed for modern browsers and devices.
E-commerce
Online stores are not included as standard as part of our tiers, these are an additional service which starts from £95.
Approval & Launch
Your final website will be launched once approved in writing. Post-approval changes may incur additional fees.
Post-Launch Support
A period of 14 days complimentary support is included. Ongoing maintenance can be added as an additional service, which starts from £95 per month.
Cancellations
Your initial 50% payment is non-refundable once work begins. Any completed work will be invoiced if a project is paused or cancelled.
Ownership
Full ownership of the approved website passes to you upon final payment. Unused concepts and working files remain the property of myself unless agreed otherwise.
Portfolio Use
Completed projects may be showcased in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
