Working with Mia at Sunday Skin has been one of my favourite web design projects to date.

Sunday Skin specialises in stretch mark camouflage, scar treatments, and advanced skin rejuvenation - helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. As an award-winning specialist, it was essential that Mia’s website reflected both her expertise and the premium nature of her services.

The objective was to create a clean, high-converting website that felt elevated yet approachable - seamlessly aligning with her existing brand while guiding both new clients and prospective academy students. Using her established branding plus some Pinterest inspiration she supplied, I designed a site that is both strategically structured and visually refined.

The website delivers clear, informative content, allowing clients to fully understand the treatments available and make informed decisions about what’s right for them. A considered user journey encourages seamless navigation, with a strong focus on guiding users towards booking via the “That Time” booking system.

There is no doubt that skin repair is an investment, so building trust with site visitors was a key priority throughout the design. Dedicated sections highlight the brand values and credibility, including recognition from industry awards and press features. These are supported with direct links to external sources, allowing visitors to explore acknowledgements from awarding bodies such as Global Pharma, as well as media coverage in publications like the Bromsgrove Advertiser.

All site imagery was provided by Mia, and as a clinic providing treatments with "visual" results, it was essential that transformations were given a dedicated space within the website. Rather than presenting these in a clinical manner, I positioned them within a framework that reflects the elevated style of Sunday Skin.

Educational and treatment-based copy was supplied by Mia, which I then refined to align with a more premium tone of voice. I have used thoughtful naming titles such as “Real Results” in place of “Before & Afters” to create a more sophisticated and brand-aligned experience, while still maintaining clarity and transparency.

This approach allowed the website to balance credibility with aspiration, showcasing tangible outcomes in a way that feels both polished and trustworthy, without losing the personalised feel that is so central to Mia’s brand.
