Step One.
Vision & Planning
Together we will talk through your vision, the pages you need, your preferred style and what you want your website to achieve.
We will also discuss the best platform for your website, and you can choose where you'd like it built.
Step Two.
Existing Website Re-Design
Make your first payment of £75, and send over your content.
The content I will need you to send to me includes your logo, images, text, brand colours, key words/text and any other assets you'd like to be included.
Step Three.
Launch Time
I'll build your website, and it will launch within 4 weeks.
This is subject to me having receied all required content and assets, we can also discuss a specific launch date if you have one in mind.
Step Four.
Monthly Payments
Then simply pay £75 for the next 9 months.
10 payments of £75 = £750 total

The Pay Monthly Website is for all business owners. It's for founders getting ready to launch their brand new business that aren't able to commit to the cost of a website upfront, it's for owners of existing businesses who don't have a website who want their website to pay for itself each month. It's for the business owners who want to increase their enquiries and bookings.

Please familarise yourself with the below overview of how we will work together to bring your business to life online. A comprehensive terms and conditions document will be sent to you for approval after our initial discovery call.
Quotation
Within three days of our initial contact, and your decision to proceed, you’ll receive a quotation providing you with a full outline of your project, the details of what's included, an estimated completion date and total cost. Work begins once you have approved this in writing, and once I have received your initial payment. The cost of the Pay Monthly Website is £75 per month for 10 months (total of £750).
Payment Structure
The first payment of £75 is required before any work begins.The remaining 9 x £75 payments are due on the same date of each month. These will be automatically collected through the Go Cardless payment system.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for your:

hosting or website builder subscriptions

plugins, apps, and premium features

e-commerce and payment platform fees
These costs are paid directly by you to your chosen providers, and not included in the £75 per month.
Content & Licensing
All text, images, and assets must be supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed.
You must hold the correct licences for any materials provided.
Timelines & Revisions
Project timelines rely on timely feedback and content delivery.
Platform Limitations
I cannot be held responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or limitations. Websites are designed for modern browsers and devices.
E-commerce
Online stores are not included as standard as part of the Pay Monthly Website, these are an additional service which are quoted separately.
Approval & Launch
Your final website will be launched once approved in writing. Post-approval changes may incur additional fees.
Post-Launch Support
A period of 14 days complimentary support is included. Ongoing maintenance can be added as an additional service, which can be quoted separately.
Cancellations
All payments are none refundable, subject to legal terms and conditions. Any completed work will be invoiced if a project is paused or cancelled.
Ownership
Full ownership of the approved website passes to you upon final payment. Unused concepts and working files remain the property of myself unless agreed otherwise. Any failed payments will result in your website being taken offline.
Portfolio Use
Completed projects may be showcased in my portfolio unless you request otherwise.
